Olivia is an MSc student in Cell and Systems Biology at the University of Toronto Mississauga. Olivia earned her HBSc at McMaster University in the Integrated Science program with a concentration in biology and minor in Environmental Science. In her undergraduate degree, Olivia studied how salt influences growth in Eutrema Salsugineum and Chenopodium quinoa. In the Ensminger lab, Olivia studies photosynthesis and hydrological responses of Picea glauca and Pinus strobus to seasonal variation and environmental stress. In her spare time she enjoys being active and playing basketball and softball.
